Brent Wilson, President

WF Accountants President, Brent Wilson, began his career with international accounting firm KPMG.  He has over 30 years of accounting experience, with 20 years in senior management positions as CFO and CEO within national nonprofit organizations. His comprehensive experience includes board of directors relations, budget management, fundraising strategies, and staff development to serve the firm’s clients.

Brent graduated cum laude from Millsaps College with a Bachelor of Business of Administration.  He has also completed programs with the Center for Creative Leadership and the Indiana University School of Philanthropy. Brent is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Mississippi Society of CPAs, where he has served as chair of the Nonprofit Committee.

Kathy Bittrich, Managing Director

Managing Director of WF Accountants, Kathy Bittrich, began her career with international accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).  She directs the daily operations of the firm. She has been in the financial sector for over 30 years, spending the majority of that time as a finance director.

Kathy has extensive experience providing accounting and financial solutions to nonprofits.  She is an expert in accounting processes.  She specializes in knowing each of the firm’s clients to provide personalized services that meet their needs. Kathy is a magna cum laude graduate of Bryant University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting.

Stefanie Fournier, Senior Advisor

Senior Advisor, Stefanie Fournier, is a founder of Brennan & Fournier, Inc. the forerunner of WF Accountants.  She has served clients for over 25 years providing expert advisory services and solving complex accounting issues. Stefanie earned an MBA from Norwich University after graduating from McGill University.  

Stefanie is unmatched in her expertise with community foundations.  She is a master of investment accounting and the intricate aspects of investment return allocations, cash rebalancing and accounting for alternative investments.   

 Today, after decades of dedication to the nonprofit sector, Stefanie is known as an authority in nonprofit accounting, a trusted advisor, and a leader in her field.
